Cleaning Services
Our professional cleaning team is licensed and certified ensuring all cleaning is done in line with CDC guidelines, helping to provide a safe and sanitized space for each guest. These costs are passed on to the customer when booking. Some of the processes are mentioned below.
Disinfected
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (i.e. countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
Items Restocked
All amenities you provide guests will be restocked. Some amenities include coffee pods, creamers, stirrers, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra towels and linens, etc.
Towels & Linens Washed
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that's at least 60ºC/140ºF and replaced for next guests.
Trash Disposed
All trash will be emptied into the bin and bin will be taken to the street if serviced the day prior to pick up.
Mopped & Vacuumed
All floors are mopped and vacuumed between guests
Damages Reported
Should any damages from prior guests occur, there will be communication with the homeowner and guest restitution options will be discussed.
